GET A CONCRETE MIXING MACHINE: Through the mixing can be manually but the best and fast equipment to use is the machine which will automatically mix the sand, water and cement within minutes with less stress and will save lot of time.

GET A DIESEL GENERATING SET: It is advisable to get a single cylinder diesel powered lister generating set as this will be used to power the concrete moulding machine, the concrete mixer and the pumping machine. There are single and double cylinder but it is best to choose the single cylinder one be because it consume lesser diesel.

CONSTRUCT WOODEN PALLETES: This is the flat wooden object which is used to carry the block from the moulder to the place where it is going to be dried. This is needed because you cannot erect moulded blocks on a bare ground and need a very durable wood for it.

STORAGE SHED: You will need a safe place where you can securely store cement away from sun and rain. A small shed is okay for this or you can make use of a used shipping container just too preserve the cement.
